My partner and I had planned a wedding for April of 2020 and were crushed when we had to cancel it. We made the decision to elope in September 2020. Because this was such a private life event, I knew that having photographs would be hugely important to share with our families so they could feel included in the celebration.
Hannah helped us both feel relaxed in front of the camera, keeping things light and candid. She did a beautiful job capturing the environment both outside and inside of the AirBNB, the joy of our friends, and our love for each other. Our photos captured the magic of our private elopement and made it so easy to share the experience with our family and loved ones. My only regret? Not having Hannah with us at the courthouse!

We’re Hannah & Becca!
As your local North Carolina Elopement Photographer and Elopement Planner, we’re experts in helping our couples curate adventurous and stress-free elopements and small weddings right here in this beautiful state.
North Carolina is a special place for us too! Both of us moved here for college and never looked back. Becca has personally hiked hundreds of local trails (including the full Appalachian Trail in 2022) so she completely understands the urge to run away to the mountains, and knows this area like the back of her hand!
Whether it’s finding the perfect secluded locations, booking and managing all of your other North Carolina vendors, or holding an umbrella for you say your vows in nature, we’re here to create a safe and community driven space for you to make your meaningful wedding vision a reality, without you having to do any of the heavy lifting!

The Trail Magic Experience isn’t like any other elopement package. We build custom package options for you based on your needs and our expertise. There’s no “one-size fits all” option for our services, so we’ll share your custom package options after our first consultation call!
